Dalene Kelly is a noted designer and author of patterns, created to produce beaded flowers, using the French technique. Dalene is the author of "French-Beaded Flowers, New Millennium Collection", 2001, Krause Publications, "More French-Beaded Flowers", 2004, Krause Publications, and "French-Beaded Flowers", 2004, David & Charles (European distribution). "French-Beaded Flowers, New Millennium Collection", also appears, in its entirety, in the "Big Book of Beautiful Beads, Krause Publications. One of Dalene's orchid patterns appeared in, and on the cover of, Bead & Button Magazine, October 2001. She served as the project coordinator and lead designer for the Swarovski® Crystal Flower Advertising Collection. Dalene Kelly was also involved in the creation of the 9/11 wreath project.

Dalene Kelly is now a permanent resident of Yuma.
